Modhumoti Bank Limited, a fourth generation
private commercial bank of Bangladesh started Modhumoti Digital Banking (Agent
Banking Activities of Modhumoti Bank Limited) operation on February 04, 2016.
Already 100 digital points has successfully been opened. Now to monitor and
supervise the overall activities of agent points and also for business
development of Modhumoti Digital Banking, Modhumoti Bank Limited would like to
recruit some fresh talented and proactive candidates as Junior Field Officer
(Contractual) on the basis of following:
Job Description /
Responsibility
·
Monitoring and
supervision of overall activities of Agent Banking points as per Agreement.
·
Monitoring and
supervision of compliance issues in connection with all the activities of Agent
Points.
·
New Agent Acquiring in
the nearby locality.
·
Customer KYC Verification.
·
Achievement of
Business Target given by the division.
·
Act as a Focal person
for Modhumoti Agent Banking Division in the locality and blend with people of
rural and geographically dispersed location.
·
Any other
work/instruction as assigned by the Agent Banking Division, Head Office from
time to time.

Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree having no 3rd
Class/equivalent CGPA in his/her academic record.
Job Requirements

Standard Verbal and
written communication skills in both Bangla and English.
·
Candidates must have
computer knowledge especially in MS Office and Power Point.
·
Must be extrovert and
willing to work in any location in Bangladesh.
·
Age not exceeding 30
(thirty) years as on 12.08.2017.
·
Candidates who have
Motor Bike with valid Driving License will get additional preference.

Other Benefits
Selected Candidates will be
appointed as Junior Field officer (Contractual) and they will be paid a
consolidated salary of BDT 12000.00 (Bangladesh Taka Twelve Thousand) per
month.
